Well-appointed and neat rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Free Wi-Fi and good Internet available. Beautiful location in the very quiet area, just next door to a wonderful park, the city center, and Delice.

Convenient location! the hotel is right in the heart of all the action, within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Our room had two separate beds - great for friends traveling together. 🚶‍♂️

Good location in a nice, quiet park; parking next to the hotel, small and cosy with a good restarurant downstairs.Rooms are ok, wverything is new and of good quality. When you arrive tell the driver to go to the restaurant Delice which is know in Lviv, some simply do not know that there is also a hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights (Thursday till Sat) and after the first night my room wasn't cleaned, the bed was not made and towels were not changed. This should not happen in a 4* hotel.Weak and unstable Wi-Fi signal in my room. The service should be improved - but this is maybe a more general issue of the level of service in ua in general. I would still recommend it but as a 3*.
